Our Policies

We ask for 48 Hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This is to be done through text (709-764-0588)

Complete No-Call/No-Show will require full payment of missed service before rebooking.

Cancellations

24 Hour notice is required for a cancellation. Any cancellation made within this time will require a 50% deposit for future appointments

Rescheduling

24 Hour notice is required for a reschedule.

Three 24 Hour reschedules (with deposit) within 12 months will terminate the ability to make future appointments

Late For Appointment

15 Minute grace period on colour appointments.

10 Minute grace period for cuts.

Any later will be considered a no show, and/or will prevent us from complete an entire service. You will be required to pay for the complete booked service and not just what was able to be completed due to late arrival.

We also value your time, if we are running 15 minutes late we will let you know. If we fail to do so you will be compensated with an add-on treatment.
